  • 1 (14 ounce.) loaf unsliced French bread
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (1 lb.) round of Brie
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • Paprika

Directions

    Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices, not quite cutting through bottom crust.

    Drizzle butter over bread.

    Remove rind from Brie; combine Brie and onion in microwave.

    Cook till melted.

    Remove and stir; spread this mix on top and between slices.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Broil 6 inches from heat till thoroughly heated.

    Great at appetizer or possibly with dinner.
