- 1 (14 ounce.) loaf unsliced French bread
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 (1 lb.) round of Brie
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- Paprika
Directions

1Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices, not quite cutting through bottom crust.

2Drizzle butter over bread.

3Remove rind from Brie; combine Brie and onion in microwave.

4Cook till melted.

5Remove and stir; spread this mix on top and between slices.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Broil 6 inches from heat till thoroughly heated.

8Great at appetizer or possibly with dinner.
