  • 1 (15 oz.) mini brie
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (washed and thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp. Maderia or dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 tsp. water

Directions

    Saute the mushrooms in butter and maderia until tender and they give up their juices.

    Drain.

    Slice brie in half horizontally.
  4. 4
    Place half the mushrooms between the slices of brie.
  5. 5
    Put the brie back together and place the remaining mushrooms on top.
