Brioche Cheddar Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 2 1/4 c. flour (1/2 cake flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 6 1/4 oz. soft butter
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
Directions

1Place yeast in bottom of mixing bowl.

2Add water.

3Stir to dissolve.

4Add flour, salt and sugar.

5With dough hook fitted in electric mixer, begin mixing.

6Add 4 eggs and soft butter.

7Mix about 6 minutes or until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.

8Add cheese.

9Mix for 1 minute.

10Cover with towel and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

11Punch dough down, if needed.

12Roll into size rolls you like. Place on a greased pan.

13Let stand 1/2 hour.

14Bake at 350° until brown.
