- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1Mix together first four ingredients and put on brisket.

2Wrap with foil and put in refrigerator overnight.

3Mix Worcestershire sauce and season salt together.

4Pour over brisket.

5Rewrap and bake at 300° for 5 to 7 hours, or until tender.
