- 1 large brisket roast
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1Combine onion, celery and garlic salts with liquid smoke. Pour over roast and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

2When ready to bake, add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

3Bake in slow oven (250°) 4 to 5 hours.

4Let cool and slice thin.

5Add your favorite barbecue sauce and bake 1 hour.
