  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 25 to 30 saltine crackers
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Heat butter and sugar to boiling; boil 5 minutes.

    Line 8 x 11-inch jelly roll pan with foil.

    Place crackers in 1 layer and pour batter mixture over them.

    Place in a 350° oven until crackers rise.

    Melt chocolate chips in microwave and spread over crackers.

    Add nuts.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.
