- 1 lb broccoli florets (from about 2 small heads)
- 1/4 cup EVOO (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 serrano chiles, minced or put through food processor (seed if very hot)
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup diced, seeded tomato
- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt

11. Boil large pot of water. Cook florets until crisp-tender (about 5 min.) and then cool in large bowl of ice water. Drain florets, then squeeze out as much water as possible with your hands.

22. Pulse broccoli in food processor until finely chopped, then turnin into strainer and drain any excess liquid. Put in medium bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Season with more salt to taste.
