  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp. dried dill
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

    Remove large leaves and tough part of stalks from broccoli. Separate flowerets; cut stalks into 1/2-inch pieces.

    Add broccoli to small amount of boiling water in medium saucepan; cover. Reduce heat.

    Simmer 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
