- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Arrange in 8-inch square pan. In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour and salt.

3Stir in milk.

4Heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.

5Blend in cheese.

6Pour over broccoli.

7Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with tomato slices and bake 5 minutes.
