- 1/4 c. packaged plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced green onion tops
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 4 (3/4-inch thick) halibut steaks (5 oz. each)
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Have a baking sheet ready.

3In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, basil and cloves. Stir in butter with a fork until mixture is evenly moistened.

4Tear off four 12-inch squares of foil.

5Lightly coat 1 side with vegetable spray or oil.

6Place a fish steak on each.

7Drizzle with oil.
-
8Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

9Top with prepared crumb mixture.

10Spoon wine around each fish steak.

11Fold foil and seal edges securely.

12Arrange packets on ungreased baking sheet.

13Bake 8 minutes or until done.

14Garnish with lemon slices.

15Serve with parslied noodles sprinkled with grated lemon peel, sliced tomatoes and red onions and mixed fruit compote.
