Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen cut broccoli (10 oz. each)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to directions.

2Drain and set aside. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.

3Stir in soup, mustard and salt.

4Heat until bubbly.

5In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, arrange half of broccoli and top with half of eggs, half of cheese and half of mushroom soup.

6Repeat layers.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Sprinkle onions on top and bake 5 minutes more. Yields 6 servings.
