- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onions in 4 tablespoons margarine until soft.

2Stir in flour.

3Add water and cook over low heat.

4Stir until thickens and boils.

5Blend in cheese and combine sauce in broccoli.

6Add eggs and mix gently until blended.

7Cover with bread crumbs and dot with remaining margarine.

8Bake in an 8 or 9-inch square pan at 325° for 30 minutes.
