Broccoli Baked Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. white flour
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth or 2 c. bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
Directions

1Trim stems and leaves off broccoli and separate flowerets. Steam flowerets until just tender.

2Set aside.

3In medium saucepan, melt margarine.

4Remove from heat and stir flour into margarine to make a smooth paste.

5Return to low heat and blend in chicken broth until sauce is thick and smooth.

6Stir salt and mushrooms into sauce.

7Preheat oven to 375°.

8Grease a shallow pan with margarine.

9Place broccoli in pan.

10Cover with turkey, then sauce.

11Bake, uncovered, 15 to 25 minutes.
