- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, drained and uncooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients except the Jiffy cornbread mix.

2Be sure to add it last.

3Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

4Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
