  • 1 pkg. Jiffy muffin mix cornbread
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cups cheese your choice (grated)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup sweet milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in a 13 x 9 glass pan for best results.

    Its very moist and needs to be baked thin.

    Grease pan well and bake for 30 minute at 400°.
