- 2 lb. Italian bread dough
- 2 (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage meat, cut in small pieces (without casing)
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta
Directions

1Roll dough on a floured board as you would for pizza, about 1/2-inch thickness.

2Spread broccoli on top of dough.

3Add sausage, then Ricotta and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.

4Roll dough as you would for a jelly roll, pressing slightly as you roll; seal the ends.

5Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 1 hour.

6Makes 2 loaves.
