  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Add butter (melted). Mix all ingredients. Bake at 400° in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan 35 to 40 minutes.
