  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except corn bread mix.

    Add corn bread mix last and mix well.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

    Serve hot.
