- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Melt 1/2 stick oleo in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients. Pour mixture over oleo in pan. Bake at 400° until done.
