  • 1 pkg. broccoli slaw
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds, optional

Directions

    In a large bowl mix broccoli slaw, green pepper, green onion, almonds and sunflower seeds.

    Break or crush noodles and put on top of vegetables.

    In a bowl mix oil, vinegar, flavoring pack from noodles and sugar; pour over vegetables.

    Do not mix until 2 hours before serving.
