Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing, tossed with melted butter

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli just until thawed.

    Mix all ingredients (except stuffing) together in a large bowl.

    Place in greased baking dish and top with stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
