- 2 pkg. fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/4 c. sharp cheese
- 1 c. croutons
- Velveeta cheese slices
Directions

1Steam broccoli stems for 10 minutes, then put in bottom of casserole.

2Fry sausage very little and pour off grease. Alternate broccoli tops, sausage, onion and cheese in casserole with soup.

3Put croutons on top and pour on butter.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
