- 1 box broccoli spears (12 oz.)
- 1 c. rice
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 stack Ritz or any brand crackers, finely crushed
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Blanch broccoli and salt to taste.

2Melt cheese in milk; set aside.

3Cook rice.

4Melt butter and add crushed crackers.

5Lay broccoli spears in long casserole dish.

6Spoon cooked rice in between spears.

7Pour on cheese sauce.

8Sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Bake at 350° until bubbles on top (approximately 30 minutes).
