- 1 bunch or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- Town House crackers, crumbled
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Wash and chop broccoli.

2Cook about 5 minutes in small amount of water.

3If using frozen broccoli, cook according to package directions for 5 minutes; drain.

4Combine beaten eggs, soup, cheese, mayonnaise and onions.

5Fold into broccoli and pour into greased casserole.

6Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Serves 8.
