- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
- 3 tsp. minced onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 to 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients.

2Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes. Mix the second cup of sharp cheese with the stuffing and put on top of the cooked broccoli.

3Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine and pour over the cheese and stuffing.

4Bake for a few minutes, just until the cheese melts.
