Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
  • 3 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 to 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes. Mix the second cup of sharp cheese with the stuffing and put on top of the cooked broccoli.

    Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine and pour over the cheese and stuffing.

    Bake for a few minutes, just until the cheese melts.
