- 2 (20 oz.) bags frozen broccoli, loosened
- 1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to directions.

2Drain.

3Put soup and cheese in separate pan and cook until cheese is melted.

4Add broccoli and stir until covered in sauce.

5Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Prepare stuffing according to directions and sprinkle on casserole.

7Cook at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
