- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in oleo until tender.

2Add cream of mushroom soup and cheese that has been grated.

3Cook until cheese melts.

4Add rice and chopped broccoli.

5Mix well and pour into casserole dish.

6Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
