Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped

Directions

    Saute onions and celery in oleo until tender.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and cheese that has been grated.

    Cook until cheese melts.

    Add rice and chopped broccoli.

    Mix well and pour into casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
