Broccoli Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. processed cheese spread, cubed
- butter cracker crumbs (such as Town House or Ritz)
Directions

1Cook broccoli in lightly salted water according to package directions.

2Drain well.

3Put broccoli, butter and cheese back in pan in which you've cooked the broccoli.

4Cook over very low heat until butter and cheese melt, mixing well.

5Put in casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
