  • 1 pkg. broccoli cuts
  • 1/2 c. frozen or fresh chopped onions
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook broccoli cuts according to directions and drain.

    Saute 1/2 cup onions and 1/2 stick butter. Add cooked broccoli, undiluted soup and grated cheese.

    Mix and turn contents into a 2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
