Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh broccoli (or may use frozen)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons
Directions

1Do not add additional salt!!!

2Cook broccoli and drain. Combine eggs, soup, mayonnaise and onion.

3Mix these with broccoli and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

4Sprinkle cheese over top.

5Melt butter and mix with croutons.

6Spread croutons over top of broccoli mixture.

7Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350°.

8Very good for freezing.

9Leftovers are excellent!
