Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh broccoli (or may use frozen)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons

Directions

    Do not add additional salt!!!

    Cook broccoli and drain. Combine eggs, soup, mayonnaise and onion.

    Mix these with broccoli and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Melt butter and mix with croutons.

    Spread croutons over top of broccoli mixture.

    Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350°.

    Very good for freezing.

    Leftovers are excellent!
