  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 large c. mushrooms, drained
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 small c. French fried onions

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Melt 1 stick butter with cheese. Put 1/2 broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour half of the cheese over.

    Add remaining broccoli and cheese.

    Melt 1 stick butter with cracker crumbs sprinkled on top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
