Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 can chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 1 pkg. Town House crackers (crumbs)
  • 1 small jar mushrooms

Directions

    Cut broccoli into small pieces and parboil until tender; drain.

    Saute onion in butter; add soup.

    Beat well.

    Line baking dish with crumbs.

    Layer broccoli, mushrooms and cheese.

    Pour soup mixture over this.

    Save 1/2 cup crumbs for topping.

    Bake at 350° until mixture starts to bubble (about 30 minutes).
