Broccoli Casserole

  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb)

Directions

    Cook broccoli for 5 to 10 minutes until tender; drain.

    Place in 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.

    Mix together mayonnaise, egg, onion, soup and cheese.

    Pour this on top of broccoli.

    Melt butter and stir in stuffing.

    Put on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
