Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread or 3/4 c. cubed American cheese
- 3 c. cooked and drained broccoli
- 3 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Saute the onions in 4 tablespoons margarine until soft.

2Add the flour and water.

3Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

4Blend in the cheese.

5Remove from heat. Combine the sauce, broccoli and eggs.

6Turn into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.

7Cover the top with cracker crumbs and dot with remaining margarine.

8Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

9Serves 4.
