Ingredients
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of the butter until soft.

2Stir in flour.

3Add water.

4Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

5Blend in cheese.

6Combine sauce and broccoli.

7Add beaten eggs.

8Mix gently until blended.

9Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

10Cover with crumbs.

11Dot with remaining butter.

12Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
