Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 bags frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced, dehydrated onion
  • 2 c. Ritz crackers, crunched

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli.

    Mix together all but crackers.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch glass casserole.

    Saute cracker crumbs and 3/4 cube of butter in skillet.

    Spread over broccoli mixture and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
