- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook broccoli just until it separates; drain well.

2Melt oleo and cheese over low heat; stir until well blended.

3Add broccoli; mix thoroughly.

4Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Cover top of casserole with cracker crumbs.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
