- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place rice and broccoli in 2-quart casserole dish.

2Stir in half of the cheese.

3Melt butter in skillet (I use less than 1 cup).

4Add onion and celery; cook until tender.

5Stir in soup and milk.

6Season to taste.

7Pour sauce over broccoli-rice mixture; mix well.

8Top casserole with remaining cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
