- 6 c. yellow crookneck squash
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) Stove Top stuffing mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes in salted water.

2Drain well.

3Combine soup, sour cream and mix in squash, then fold in carrots.

4Make Stove Top stuffing.

5Mix as directed on box.

6Line the bottom of baking dish with half the stuffing mix.

7Pour the squash mixture, then add the other half of stuffing mix.

8Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
