Broccoli Cheddar Cups

  • 1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 2 c. cooked and drained chopped broccoli
  • 5 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large diced tomato
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. melted margarine

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Between 2 sheets wax paper, roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

    Put one biscuit into a nonstick muffin tin and push biscuits up on sides of tin to make a cup. Spoon a mixture of the other ingredients into each cup.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

    Makes 10 servings.
