Broccoli Cheddar Cups

- 1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack biscuits
- 2 c. cooked and drained chopped broccoli
- 5 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 large diced tomato
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Between 2 sheets wax paper, roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

3Put one biscuit into a nonstick muffin tin and push biscuits up on sides of tin to make a cup. Spoon a mixture of the other ingredients into each cup.

4Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

5Makes 10 servings.
