- 600 g broccoli florets
- 1 pint 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Blanch the broccoli and place into an oven dish.

2Mix a little of the milk with the cornflour to form a smooth paste.

3Add the rest of the milk, and place in a saucepan.

4Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

5Add the cheese and stir until it has melted into the sauce.

6Pour over the broccoli and bake in a medium high oven for 30 minutes.
