  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Assemble the KitchenAid(R) Food Grinder attachment to the KitchenAid(R) Stand Mixer. Use the coarse grinding plate, turn to Speed 4 and grind broccoli and onion. Set aside.

    Assemble the KitchenAid(R) Rotor Slicer/Shredder attachment to the KitchenAid(R) Stand Mixer. Use the fine shredder cone (No. 1), turn to Speed 4 and shred cheese. Set aside. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into mixer bowl. Add milk, eggs and butter. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 1 minute.

    Add broccoli mixture and cheese. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 30 seconds. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 375°F for 60 to 75 minutes. Cut into 3-inch squares to serve.
