Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
  • 1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Combine broccoli, soup, milk, butter and dry onion mix.

    Mix into a large skillet; bring to boil over medium heat. Lower heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir in rice; heat jar of cheese.

    Pour into mixture.

    Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
