  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 c.)
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers (approximately 10 crackers)

Directions

    In a saucepan, blend together butter or margarine, flour, salt and cheeses.

    Add milk all at once; cook and stir until mixture boils.

    Stir in broccoli.

    Pour into 1-quart casserole.

    Top with cracker crumbs.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
