- 20 oz. bag frozen broccoli, chopped
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 or 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Cook broccoli and drain.

2Add cheese, mushrooms and soup. Cook over low heat until thick.

3(Can be done in microwave.) Serve hot with tortilla chips.

4Makes a large crock-pot full.
