- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Fry chicken breasts until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.

3Combine the milk and cream of broccoli soup; pour over the chicken.

4Reduce heat to simmer and cook for a few more minutes.

5Stir in Cheddar cheese until well blended, and remove from heat.

6Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
