  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Fry chicken breasts until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Combine the milk and cream of broccoli soup; pour over the chicken.
