  • 1 cup chopped whole pitted dates (about 16 dates)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
