- 8 chicken thighs, boned or not boned
- 2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Simmer chicken thighs in butter in a large frying pan for 10 to 12 minutes until somewhat browned.

3Add cooking wine; keep cooking about 5 minutes more.

4Remove chicken to baking pan, skin side up, in a single layer (don't stack).
