  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients to the beaten eggs.

    Pour excess butter into mixture and mix well.

    Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
