  • 2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 1/4 sticks oleo, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (10 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1 (1 lb.) chopped broccoli

Directions

    Mix well the first 4 ingredients. Cook broccoli and drain well, then mix broccoli with the other ingredients.

    Pour into a cake pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
